I don't like the light either,when silencer posted pics, it was hard to see the players face, all you could see was a bright light in front of the face..i personally don't like it...it looks like if a lamp felt on the stadium and illuminated the players

I Will explain, you have to edit the first 6 lines of the 6 direct_** files.

all the six first lines have to be +1, so 1.0 becomes 2.0 (Simple!)
After that you have to look at the COL lines in the first 6 lines.
You have to count down 0.4 of the COL lines...


SO first +1, and after that the COL lines -0.4 .....


It's very simple MATBO!

Hahahaha, keep at it guys but you'll never get the same graphix as the Radeoncard by editing things, as you can see it may look the same in DRC but it looks totally wrong in the game, shadows are on the wrong side (didn't know that was possible). I like the way you keep trying, here's one from me, I said in many threads that you may get the lighting the same or very close but not the sharpness of the Radeon!
Simply buy a Radeon Vazza cause GeForce FX is not as good and you need 2 slots to install it into your computer mate

AS you can see on my previous post with the pic, the sunlight and shadow don't look very very wrong, It's wrong but not tooo wrong..
I can live with it, I like the sunlights and all that now in my FIFA, thanks !!!

ALthough I would like it if you could fix the shadows too....., makes it a bit more realistic don't you think, shadows on other side of the sun??

About your ss you've posted with the Porto awaykit, don't you think it's a bit too light, you can hardly see the Nike-logo and it's reflecting a bit too much. Just a tip, I like your progress though.

Sorry Youri but I have to agree with that and the shadows in the face are not looking very good too
Maybe it does for others but I doubt it ..

I dont wanna be an ass here but , why does everyone think the lighting makes Silencer's graphics good. It's the antialias in game that makes his graphics so good, the kits get's better antialias ingame ect. The lighting is just a bonus The card makes everything look sooo smooth.

If you were talking about the kit, I agree, it's a bit tto light but I like it.., It's not mine you know, it's made by Goldenspike...
