extenders make things worse

Okay. I have downloaded three different extenders but the game
slows down when I change something. If I extend it to 6 min. a half it will slow down to about 30 fps. Although a FIFA miracle happened: I reinstalled it and it plays a full 90 min game! Cool!
But I still wanna use extenders for cards, ect. Can anyone help, please? :hump:
