L. Garcia is a winger and Xabi Alonso a DM, completely different players. If Luis Garcia doesn't want to leave they have nothing to do anyway.

Damn Eto'o looks like he doesn't eat.

So how will Barca line-up this season? I am sure they won't buy anymore players.

Barca now have all of the pieces in place....the next trick is to make this great team on paper into a great team on the field.....
That is not as easy....I think Rijkgaard is a good DT who has the ability to do this....he seems to have the players on his side....let's see what happens with the squad.....I hope they continue with no ego problems....

Anyone heard anything about Saviola? Is he going to Monaco?
I think he should stay....3 strikers should be an easy rotation and you can cover injuries....bad days etc....I don't think that Saviola is that expendable.....

i think you guys lack ONE more defender... cause Marquez maybe on his way out if Sylvinho or Edmilson don't get their UE passports, and only Oleguer and Puyol as CB is not too much depth IMO

I dont think they have the money left to buy another player anyways..

Barca are looking great Etoo is a great signing..the only one I actually dont like is Deco..but I guess its ok since I dont support Barca...

Both Edmilson and Sylvinho will have it ,if Sylvinho doesn't even have it already.

Eto'o is better and younger.I'd prefer him over ANYONE at the mo.

Eto'o cannot play lone center forward.... I would put both larsson and eto'o together
deco, xabi, edmilson (if he gets passport) and ronaldinho in midfield.. and the same back 4

I think we will see pretty much the same alignment as in the warmup games......

Then depending on the fitness and form, as well as the situation, use Larsson or even Saviola (if he stays) as all three strikers have a different game, same thing with Luis Garcia spelling Ronnie and Giuly, then Motta spelling Xavi......
