Sheva was much better than Eto'o. Damn UEFA :(

this is why uefa nows best mate; cause of the 6 goals etoo scored; they were fundamental for barca to advance ; an remember ; one of those goals were in tha final ; its obvoius by your renponse you dont take this things on acount but uefa does

So, today is the European Super Cup final against Sevilla. It shouldn't be too much of an challenge.

The complete squad list is a follows: Valdés, Jorquera, Belletti, Zambrotta, Puyol, Márquez, Thuram, Oleguer, Edmilson, Van Bronckhorst, Sylvinho, Motta, Xavi, Iniesta, Van Bommel, Deco, Giuly, Ezquerro, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Messi, Saviola and Gudjohnsen

I'd make the starting line-up something like this:

-------------------Valdes------------------
Sylvinho-------Puyol-------Thuram-----Zambrotta
-------------------Márquez----------------
----------Xavi-----------------Deco-------
--------Messi-------------------Ronaldinho
-------------------Eto'o-------------------

So subs:
45 Motta --->Iniesta
45 Sylvinho --->Belletti
75 Eto'o --->Guddy

This could work, but it has got to be influenced by the situation.

And about the Champion's League... :eek: Tough group, but we'll manage it. I can see us having same points as Chelsea with more scored goals or 1 more and winning the group.

why sheva goals weren't fundamental to the team ?.... And yes he scored he it counted the most in the final game. And i'm not saying he didn't deserved but sheva was better last year. Besides sheva didn't have the best player in the world next to him.

ok mate now iam confused mate; are we talking who was better last year or who was the best striker through all out of the CL; cause that was the reason he was nominated and voted winner beeing the best forward of the last CL; and btw it doesnt matter if etoo had dinho or sheva had kaka; this were individuality nominations; theirs was one for every position.

plus how many of shevas goals were penaltys; and how many assits each other had; and yes etoo had one more game than sheva but thats cause milan fail to advanced further ; all this thing are taking in acount and not just only that sheva scored 3 more goals than etoo; cause even Dinho scored 7

Sheva only had one penalty scored out of the 9 and of the eto'o six goals.... 3 were scored against PANATHINAIKOS in the first round. Like i said, he deserved the honor no doubt, but sheva IMHO was better.

I went to my travel agent and tried buying a round trip ticket to the country of Catalunya.
