I watched the game and I gotta tell ya, this guy should start! Henry struggled again!! This is an unbelieveble talent! And I say that as a Real Madrid fan. He was phenomenal again!

Some players are still struggling to get back into full fitness, so I wouldn't draw a lot of conclusions from these friendlies.


Our attack is too good, though.

Is this the most amount of Blacks that Barca has had in its club at any one time?


You look at those pics of the players training where Eto, Henry and Ronnie are all chumming it up and conversing about God knows what, and you wonder to yerself.....hmmm.....what common tongue does Ronnie share with the other two? FRENCH!....ahhhh. But has Ronnie kept up with his French to be able to carry a conversation?


Don't mind me, folks. I have a habit of being intensely curious about stuff that might generally be unimportant to others.

I think overall in europe the amount of black players is increasing every year.

And yes, I guess french is the third language now. Thuram, Henry, Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Edmilson, Márquez, Yaya Toure, Abidal, all can speak french.

We'll be fine even with that "dead weight". They aren't the type to complain, so it won't be a problem if they stay. Of course, it's an unnecessary financial burden, but we can take it.

I hope we can sell Motta to Milan.

If Gio doesn't go on loan this season, we must find minutes for him no matter what. We have to do all we can to make sure he develops as much as he can. He'll be amazing for us in the future.

Bojan should be loaned out.

I don't think so, although this season there will be a tough competition in midfield. Last season Iniesta was our best midfielder and Xavi has been the best player of the preseason.

abidal was really good today, i must say this preseason has had very good potential, and not because of the wins cause wins dont mean crap in preseason , but more that i have seen sparks of whats to come from this team, i am very happy with abidal and toure they have looked so solid and have fit this team like a glove so fast, henry tought it seems he is still struggling with some phisical problems, he has looked very sloppy and lazy sometimes , hope he gets his stuff right before the season starts.

I don't think Deco is gonna go anywhere before January atleast. There would have been much more talk about him leaving if he was leaving. He's a great player, but I wouldn't mind that much if he left - We'd get good money for him from Chelsea and our midfield would still be covered pretty good (Yaya, Xavi and Iniesta) and we could always get some1 else with that money.

But I'm happy if he stays, great player with a lot to offer for the team.
