Face Raptor problem

could someone please tell me why when i install a face with face raptor the player ends up with red and green hair? i'm using windows XP and i have pretty much all the other raptors, any ideas anyone please?

-What kind of files are you installing?(hair.o. etc or others)
-Do you change the number of the players face in the Faces Database in FR?

well i'm installing all the files, face texture, hair texture, head 3D, hair3D and extra 3D files and linking the players face up in the database part, the face come out fine it's just the hair turns out red and green
