You don't need to change anything for Huntelaar's face, simply install it with Instalador in Fifa07 that's all. Extract all files to your datadir. first

Alan Smith (he has an awful face in the game), Gary Neville (EA what is with you guys? his hair hasnt been like that for years now!) and Wes Brown (looks nothing like him) are my Man United requests plus instructions (clear ones) on how to insert them into the game.
