is there any tutorials on creating a face? ... in ENGLISH ...all the ones i see around are in german or some other languages... :(

why dont you look around before opening a new thread?
there is thread called Face Tutorial or something like that with links for a video tutorial made by Arnau.

well i've seen that one already...but my net is running a bit slow so i couldnt download those files..... also i saw keegan do a tut. on his boot making.... thought someone could do one for face making also....remember not every one not fortunate to have fast dsl speeds....

can somebody help me? ..... umm.... how do i go about modifing the texture? i did a face but it looks like the player wearing a mask lol.... cant seem to find a player close to his complexion

Best thing to do is use search function in this forum, or google it...there are quite a few tutorials out there some are english, sorry I would give you links but there are too many out there
