Hobs didnt u have an idea for a new forum? Very much like that idea...I think that everyone should upload the faces in one location they have, and let other players choose from them...

for me, primarily looking for a huge facepack to change all faces at once...

Resize each side by 50%

i.e. if the image is 256*512, it should become 128*256

well in the faces i downloaded (pretty big facepack) only have .fsh files...

guys i have another quick question...

most of the fifa 08 facepacks are .exe files. Is it possible to break down the exe file, and manually convert and install to fifa 07?

i had one face like that...i installed it using the .exe file,then opened creation master 07 and exported the textures and .o model...as far as i know thats the quickest way.

I presume your actually using CM08, because you can then export it it as a png file, it's icon is something like a piece of paper with an arrow pointing right.
