Yeah - the face ingame look very good already but you sure can improve it even more. Pay attention to the side view (there is a very good side photo in the pack) and to the expression of the face. You can also improve the texture with the realistic shadows from the biggest photo of the pack.
Thanx for the screen - now listen. You made a big mistake in the nose shape. If you check the photo you'll see that the middle part of the nose should be like -\, and not like now - \_ - Move the middle node of the nose part UP. And the chin should be also moved more forward. If you don't understand (it's really hard to explain such details in english cause it's a bit technical language) i'll draw you the reccomendations on the pic.
