Hmm.. To be honest, I don't get, what exactly you don't like. As for me, he looks quite good in CM and in game too. :)

Not awful, just improve his eyes (as Alex's tex.), and edit head shape a bit :biggrinx:.

As to th hair it was really not so easy as i thought. Try to use the following bases: Conti, Zico, Montolivo and Guardado. These are the most suitable for his real hairstyle.

Thanks, I've tried to use hairstyles, which you suggested, but I think the most suitable and good one, which I've found, is De Ceglie's hair. Here's preview:
