You need to add more detail to the face. It's too fresh, also some you should edit the lighting some more around the eyes and what not. Other than that its awesome and the model fits the texture really well.

Also great update on the hair :)

Better. But the face should be even more sharp-modeled and sure he is more slim than you made. Stretch the head in height, make more heavy jaw and make the view like that:
