Great! start by searching futhead.com and I'd start with Standard Liège first team faces, most of the pics are 512x512, so very decent quality ;)

to grab the pic on futhead, right click on the image and open image in a new tab...

some players only have 160x160, in which case you will have to find suitable pictures...
