The change of palettes means that all the normal faces can now have more much colors than after in the palette,it means too what we can use real colors and we don´t have to apply the palette in the textures

Hey where i can find the original game special face palette?
I will try change the normal face palette by the special face palette
The difference is only the palette ,I believe that you don´t have to apply the palette(8bit)for normal faces,becose the special face palette supports more colours,in theory we will have normal faces(wxxx,rxxx,yxxx and kxxx)
without spots if we edit them
