А похож точно, просто непривычно видеть его с волосами, я то видел его только короткостриженым, в общем поправь нос полностью и проверь форму глаз, правильно ли они сидят на какой-то модели, а так очень даже неплохо, ведь текстура то качественно наложена.

Good Costa and good quality of your texture but please not mirror eyebrows, eyes and forehead because it'll be looking bad in game, I'm not against mirroring - not it's good when there are no good pictures but only not eyebrows, eyes and forehead.
Mouth, jaw sides and nose looks good even all these are mirrored and tex has good quality but upper line with eyes, eyebrows and forehead looks not so good.
But in general texture is quite good, keep working.
