In Blender looks good, work on eyes more, maybe make them more opened, about mouth not sure, maybe make lips thicker. But I don't know how he looks in game so maybe it's unnecessary.
Сделай ему выражение более "перепуганное", а так вроде все пропорции и очертания лица правильные и насчет губ повторюсь возможно потолще, а то может они просто втянутся при эффекте "открытия рта" в рот и будут чересчур тонкие, хотя не уверен, лучше бы еще из игры скрин показал.
