I started doing some transfers based off the last EA squad update.
I have no bugs with mine and numbers have been assigned.
I have completed the EPL transfers both in and out so far.

Sorry fadz, thought the database was clean.
Will take a look at my database queries.
What you could do is starting with a clean one, but I would wait for regularcat version.
@regularcat: it would be nice if you could release it earlier so Fadz can get starting on the database (if he has the time/energy of-course). Over less then two months FIFA 16 will be released.
