A family friend called my aunt today just to say that we should vote for Bush :|

My aunt said 'whatever' and this family friend started attacking her that Bush supports Israel and that any country who supports Israel shall be blessed ! :|

And then she says that if Kerry wins then the U.S economy will go down because Europe will gain economic power. That's why Europeans support Kerry

And then she asks what Kerry has done for us?

That Bush stays strong etc... and that the people are blind

Last Sunday I took a walk around my church's parking lot. I was looking for the Mark of Death (aka the "Bush/Cheney" bumper sticker) on people's cars. I see those bumper stickers every time I'm on the highway. They're everywhere and seem to out-number the Kerry/Edwards stickers 10 to 1. I was pleasantly surprised to find that only one car (out of 50+) had the Mark of Death. It's good to know that even if most of them are going to vote for Bush, at least they haven't been blinded enough to go campaign for him. And I hope most of the Christians who vote for Bush will vote for him because they believe he will protect their interests, not because they think he's a better Christian than Kerry.

that is a good point. people living here who only look at the news and don't get input from the "outside" news (other country's TV and radio stations, etc) really do see one side of the story... a lot of things are spun to be in the favor of Bush, how the U.S. is helping and etc, whatever you've heard the story a million times already but Bush has done so much more wrong then he has right :(. lots of lives are being wasted right now. maybe he did the right thing but he went about it the wrong way
