For people curious on what's edited in regularcat's db

what I saw off the bat using DBM11

GKREFLEXES = ALL 99s interesting idea

17 Players OVR > 90

Reactions = ALL 99s

tactical AWRness = ALL 99s

Vision = ALL 99s

Potential = All 99s

Positioning = All 99s

(It's like when I put DUNK=ALL 99s DUNK%=99s in NBA2k11 very similar)

Also alot of ratings on a -1 shift down in other words going
99
98
97
96
95 etc...

none of what you quoted that he has said is correct.
all but 2 attributes arent all 99s, just 2 attributes which make players more aware.

& whats wrong w/ 99s ?

they arent a specific skill set, i could see complaining if its attributes relative to a skill set.

the reactions, vision, etc are abilities, its just attributes that make players play smarter.

it doesnt give all players the ability from score from 50 yards out, or thread the perfect through ball.

why are you laughing at something you dont understand, test my work & you wont be laughing at it.

i know what im doing as opposed to ultraepl who is just trying to insult my work cause he wants a name for himself on the forum & i wouldnt help him.

well my db has certain attributes at 99.

the stuff epl was talking about was my db i released, but i have since released a new version, but my edits were made to simply make players smarter & not to make all players equal as you will see they arent it you test my work

have you tested my work ?
i think you might like it, but its up to you to try it.
