I think it will cause the game to crash, try using fifaFS v4.8 for rebuilding your .bh and fifa.fat files

how do we rebuild files using fifaFS 4.8? any command lines needed?

Creating rebuild.bat in data folder

fifafs -fix $dir_fifawc06$\data -gametype=fifawc06

Besure HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA SPORTS\2006 FIFA WORLDCUP TM\
key Install Dir: path to your game folder (C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\2006 FIFA WORLDCUP (TM)

edit: Oh I see you don't know how to do that bat, I think its best that I upload it for you. It is as attachment. Extract it to your data folder and run it.

another thing ok, thanks for that file, so let me see if a can do it, i copy your rebuild file and fifa fs 4.8, to fifa wc data folder, then i run rebuild and thats it,
ok...
so first of all with fifa file manager a copy all faces files to zdata 13 ? or another z data" ?, and then do the rebuild thing, and then enjoy fifa 06 faces in fifa wc 2006, due to your enormous help

Yes that's the way it goes but I don't know where you should put the face files because I have never updated faces to this game.
