After downloading the patch you have to put it into the league you want with Creation Master. The patch will not remove the normal team. I use the retro teams in World League (category with Classic XI and World XI).

That´s nice!(Y) Brazil is 25 % ready. I don´t know which team I´ll do after it. I thought about Milan 02-03 or another national team. If there is a better suggestion I´ll maybe make it.

I´ll do them after Brazil 02. That will be the easiest team patch because it´s very similar to the 03-04 team.

France 98 is also a good suggestion.
