good to hear that Zlatan is back, though I don't know if he will start ... Dani Alves and Xavi may not be risked from the start either (or at all, for that matter), especially because [as the quote above notes] this is only one half of the 2-legged tie ...fcbarcelona.com said:

I think we need to come out strong, but not at the expense of xavi, I would have rather not rushed him back, but pep knows what he's doing, nice to see toure getting back in good form we have missed him.

it should 2-0, maybe 3-0 ... 5 minutes at the start of the half, and around 5 at the end; that's all that barcelona have had control of ...
defensively, it has been bad ... i have never liked márquez (i've said this before), and he's already gotten himself a yellow, and been outmuscled by cacau and gleb ... luckily, it hasn't cost the team another goal ... and he got away with a bit of an elbow in the box ...
busquets has given the ball away too much ... barcelona failing to keep possession, especially in midfield, is going to cripple the plan ...
maybe it would be good (i can't believe i'm saying this) to bring on titi, push iniesta into midfield, and take busquets off ...
and i'd prefer to see milito on for márquez, because the mexican may just cost the team another goal, and looks more than likely to mistime another tackle and get sent off ...
apart from that, not too much criticism is necessary ... control the ball better, keep pushing forward, and the goals will come ... there have been several occasions when this side has come from behind to win this season ...

Probably the worst half I've seen this season. The guys really need to pick it up for the second half, there was just absolutely no pace whatsoever. Nobody seemed to have a hold on the ball, and many of the guys looked rather nervous. Bring Pedrito in for Busquets, pulling Iniesta back with Xavi. Please.

Crappy first half, but something changed in the second one. Marquez is no longer a Barcelona quality defender.
1-1 at the end, and this Zlatan goal puts us as favourite for the qualifying in the 2nd leg, though I didn't like our play. We lost too many balls in the midfield, and made too many errors in the defence. Valdes again saved our asses in the 1st half!
I don't know why but it seems Barça matches refereeing are getting worse from match to match. But looks like world refereeing is getting worse and worse... I don't speak only about the Molinaro handball, because Zlatan's shot was very powerful,and human eye can't see the part of the body who hit the ballat that spped... (Same at the post-goal doubts)

I didn't see the full match but from what I saw, Stutgart started better and after 35 minutes Barca controlled the match.
Valdes did some fantastic saves again, he's a key this season.
btw, why Pep replaced Yaya and not Bosquets, I think he's a bit unfair to him.
What about Henry?
I think Barca underestimated Stutgart at the beginning!!!! just read your posts before the game, you all predicted easy demolition.
