BTW, Isaac Cuenca debut. I think i wrote before he's one of my favourites, deadly in 1-on-1 and its very difficult to take the ball away from him, looked so shy on the pitch but it's normal. He left the club 3 times and always end up coming back.

Seems that Oriol Romeu is starting to suit at Chelsea, he was starter yesterday. Hope we make use of the buy-back clausule in 2013, Keita will be old and looks like Mascherano is a defender for ever. We would have DMF for years with him and Busi. 2 Seasons at Premier League will make him a man.

With Marcelino you are much more improved in defense, only concede 4 goals in league.

You can just sit and applaud this performance. Congrats Sevillista, I think you have a great coach there; the one you are missing for so much time. Also Javi Varas had a fantastic day.

It's inevitable that sometimes, you have a bad day. But I've rarely seen so many players having a bad day in the same day.

I didn't get home in time to see the match, but I will download it once it becomes available. I'm glad to hear the score wasn't a complete fluke. I agree with Dyzta; this result makes me feel much better about Marcelino. We had a great defensive record, but until now I felt that we hadn't been particularily well organized in defense and attributed our success to some successful, but scrappy performances.

Was Iniesta tripped? I've heard it both ways, and I couldn't tell from the one replay I saw.

Marcelino did an excellent job at Racing (twice) and promoted Zaragoza, he is one of best Spanish young coaches.

I think it was a fast decision, there was contact but Iniesta could have easily continued, but there was enough contact to come into question. I think it was one of those not every one would agree on, Sevilla fans are angry it was called, but Barcelona fans would have been angry if it hadn't.

The 0-0 was all up to Varas, he was always there when Sevilla defence fail. I knew Varas would block it as soon as it was called, it was best performance I've seen a keeper in Camp Nou since the **** Palop in Copa 2 years ago...

These Sevilla keepers are complete heroes. Congrats Sevillista
