There is one, AVB lied or just didn't knew it. All the youngsters Barça is selling have a buyback clause (Jeffren, Romeu and Bojan).

Haha so you are basically turning every club in Europe into your surrogate reserve team? :p

But I'm pretty sure Chelsea are claiming that Romeu is an exception, that they battled not to get the clause in and that Barcelona merely have a first option. I think there could be a bit of a legal spat further down the line....

Not that it really matters anyway, as proved with Cesc once Barcelona start putting their claws into a player they can get them to whine and moan until they force a cut price transfer....
