FC Barcelona Ticketing

I spent 8 years living in Barcelona, and yes, I'm a great Barça fan. I've been living in the Netherlands for 8 years now, and it's been a long while since I went to a Barça game.

In the upcoming christmas holidays I'll be going to Barcelona. I'd like to be at Camp Nou when Barça plays Celta, but I don't really know how to get tickets.

On the official site you can only buy them if you're a member of "gent del barça", which I'm not. (I was, but it doesn't really make sence to be a member when you live in the Netherlands)

So does anyone know how to get tickets? I have relatives living in Barcelona so buying them there shouldn't be a problem, but I'm not really into going to the stadium that night and hoping someone wants to sell their tickets...

Is it possible to buy the tickets on the spot, on that same night? Or will there be no tickets left for me? (I can't really imagine that, since Camp Nou has got a capacity of 98.000)

What's the best to do?

Go to the stadium and see if they're selling official tickets, not try to buy them for someone, there must be some tickets left in the club. That's how we do in Brazil, we buy tickets when we arrive to see the game and it's the usual thing to do here.

I think you should find some sit. I don't think the stadium will be full on Christmas.

There's something called "seient lliure" where members can rent their sit for a match if they are not going to see that game. It works through Servicaixa on "La Caixa" cashpoints.

Few days before the game your relatives can go to a servicaixa and see if there are some "sits to rent" available.

I haven't used this system to go to Nou Camp, so I can't tell you how it works exactly. But servicaixa works great for other things so must be ok.

If not, I'm sure you'll find normal tickets at the stadium on the same day.

Probably between 15-25 E (euros). Or not...:crazyboy: I'm based on what i heard here in Brazil, that Real Madrid tickets were 35 E, so i guess Barça must be cheaper since the stadium is bigger.

In Bernabeu, tickets usually costs about 15€ (the cheap ones) to 50€ or so (the expensive ones). I guess in Camp Nou is the same more os less.

When there are important matches like Madrid vs Barcelona in example , tickets are more expensive than in a standar match.

of course you should just phone. :|
especially almost a month in advance. all you need is to explain the situation .. and that you would like to have a ticket, it'll be easy to get one like this.
