He has massive experience which u cannot buy and also can pass very well which u cant see because of the THUG tag he has or the PASSER tag he doesnt and i dont know if u bothered to see that. He can also score goals and did so at crucial periods through out last season. His passing was better than Schweini in recent games before leaving Bayern.

MARC VAN BOMMEL is NOT a leader! When he had to step up, he COULD NOT replace Michael Ballack.

I would happily enough have Van Bommel at Arsenal. Just dont always point towards the manager. I know he is a prick but the board has to be strong enough and intelligent to make a proper decision(WHICH IS AN AWKWARD CASE LOOKING AT THE NAMES THERE). always making players or managers skapegoats doesnt help. never did never has and never will be unless an exception or if someone wants to be naughty and potent enough to do it when u have a legitimate and proper back-up. And this is not the first time its been a problem in Bayern. So its better if we all accept that something is horribly wrong at the top or in the middle also as much as the players and the manager. Listen Van Gaal is not gonna loose his reputation he has been there at the highest level and won almost every major trophy and returned Bayern their reputation last year also he gave identity to the players who are swearing at him all the time. I am not defending him but just purely saying theres something else which is more in need of a fix before anything else. Because it has been the same case over the years before Van Gaal joining. As fans we find it criminal that a coach or a player doesnt provide but we should also question the potency of the people who assign them the tasks.

Even when u said that when LVG was gonna be sacked i remember i supported ur thought. But i did not like it when u replied in that way. You're posting contradictory things and with a minimal knowledge of the situation. You blame the front office for this situation? How about a huge war chest that they were BEGGING van Gaal to spend this summer, but all he did was sell Demichelis. "We want to buy Khedira Louis, we're about to make a bid, we assume this is okay" "NO!! WE HAVE ALABA!!!" "Louis, we need some depth at central defense" "THAT'S STUPID WE HAVE BRENO!!!"

This is all van Gaal's fault. I see two problems with the front office and one of them I don't consider a problem.

1) They sold (or released?) van Bommel in January. Probably not the right move, but our brain trust isn't stupid. I suspect MvB was making a LOT of noise behind the scenes that if they aren't going to renew his contract they should at least let him go now when Milan are after him. After his service they agreed (and also because an unhappy captain can make a season MISERABLE). However, since I don't know this is a fact I will put some blame on Uli and Nerlinger.

2) They gave van Gaal enough rope to hang himself. Uli and Nerlinger could have told van Gaal to **** himself, bought Khedira at the beginning of the summer, bought a defender, and made a couple more depth signings. But van Gaal is not like any other coach and he will not play a guy simply because he's better. His mind doesn't work like that; if something isn't his idea he won't even try it. So they said "okay Louis, have it your way, but if this is a big failure like we suspect it could be... and remember we know that Robben is injured until January... your job is on the line." Van Gaal has failed by doing everything his way and ignoring our very VERY talented front office, and he has lost his job for it.

Anyway, you don't know the background and you make accusations about things without knowing what you're talking about. And you say it like you know everything in HUGE posts. I don't like that; please defer just a little bit to those of us who follow every shred of news for the team and have memories going back to the 90s.

As far as contradictory stuff: You say van Bommel is not a leader and then are defending his greatness in posts on successive pages. It's not exactly the best way to make me think you know what you're talking about.

1) about the van bommel saga u maybe right maybe wrong but i guess if he stayed it wouldnt have been a problem. but what u r saying is logical. then about the leadership thing when did i state he was not a leader ??? i have stated this more than often that he was required.

2) LVG : listen it is well known world-wide "he is a one man show wannabe" wherever he has been. He had the same bloody record forever. They could have sacked him in the summer. Why did not they act then ??? It was World Cup and maybe less time to find a proper replacement for him. So how come Milan sacked Leonardo??? he did everything possible with that team they had. Then another point how would the fans react after sacking a coach that won a domestic double and reached the champions league final??? well i guess intelligent fans who know Van Gaal and his history wont mind and others who are more humble may react but it wouldnt have been a problem with the transfers that you mentioned and a decent run of results.

And i dont mean to offend anyone by writing HUGE posts and show off my knowledge on football. I dont know too much about history and background and everything else because i was born in 1991. But ever since i have followed football whenever i see something that bothers me or interests me i do look around seeking info and history and background to gather some realistic idea as much as possible but thats it. Its natural I'll go missing out stuff with people who are experienced so u can correct me like u just did here. I dont come here to insult anyone i just post my opinion. Dont do that friend. Theres no need of it please create this thread again next term. And it was i guess my fault to create this chaos. About the peace thing i guess from my side its peace already and maybe from his side also. It was just a heated moment between one lawyer already and another one in the making so i guess it was natural reaction :P.

About the transfers........
1. Aguero is a bad choice in my opinion. Not because he wont go there but theres no need of it no matter how much talent he possesses. U got a World Cup Golden Boot winner in your team in that position and theres no need of another big Ego.
2. Buy Neuer at any cost. Leadership Material; defenders well Ali Cissoko from lyon would be great and if not Taiwo of Marseile who is a free agent would be great also but he said he would go to Milan but is still possible. CB i would really go for Jerome Boateng along with a a quality+top level experienced one.

That's a pretty crazy idea. And by what I mean is that Kun Aguero would have to have a mental breakdown and completely lose his senses to actually sign a contract with us. Plus, that position is Thomas Mullers and I'm happy to have him there TBH. I'm interested to see Muller as the striker, but again I really like Gomez right now, so I don't want to move him either. Muller and Gomez are proven, and we DID get to the CL Final with them; I don't want to break the bank on something that isn't a problem.

Well, about Müller we seem to have different opinions. To me he is not proven. He had ONE good season. As a striker he might be not that bad, but he aint no 10. What im talking about is Ribery but mostly Robben are doubled or tripled by the opponent and nobody in the middle has the guts or the skill or both, to use the free space, that obiously is there. Maybe thats because of v. G.´s positional system. We will see about that next season.
Apart from that, rumours are Heynckes is gonna bring indeed Vidal with him. And its confirmed Lahm is gonna move back to the left side next season.

Of course no defender should use the open space, but the number 10. When Müller is on 10 and Robben gets the ball, hes moving to the box centrefield, giving Robben his best regards, instead of trying a give and go with him, or at least pulling one defender away from him.
Vidal would indeed be nice, im a big fan. He can play the 6 as well as the 10, hes fast, persistent, aggressive and is able to score. The last few years he was getting a lot of yellow and red cards, but now he seems to be grown up and more calm.
About Lahm, i dont really know the reason for his switch back to left. Maybe its his own wish and maybe hes more useful as support for Ribery than he was for Robben. I watched pretty much every game he played within the last years and he definitely is/was better on the left side.

yeah on the Muller thing its a logical thought so yes. as we have seen before Podolski doing the same before but nothing throughout the league and Torres also scoring goals like Van Basten then doing nothing in the Euros untill the goal in final.

Would u like Van Persie??? i guess he would flourish of course as he is no genuine striker more of a no.10 and Muller would do well on the right if either of the ROBBERY is injured. Even Van Persie will be injured and he can have his place there. But i guess he wont leave Arsenal he is loyal more to the loyalty fact he wont want to move from London to another country for the sake of his family.

But the main thing should be sorting out the defence first. I wish either Arsenal or Bayern would have signed Kompany when he was at Hamburg big big opportunity lost. Vidal is an awesome player he can play anywhere on the pitch and a two or three players following Heynckes from Leverkusen would be good. Adding to the depth is a priority. Jerome Boateng???
