fcdb xp 2003 players skills

Hi, does anyone know why in FCDB XP 2003 you can raise your player skills to 15? I mean, the game only allows you to raise the stats to 10, so what would happen if I raised a player's stats to 15. Will it be shown in the game? Will my player be better than he was supposed to be? Does it give him any specilas skills or whatsoever?

it gives him a star above the head and I think he will play better but i dont know that for sure....

I tested it and it put a star above the head but your player don't play much better and doesn't have special skills (Good if you want to put your stars like in World Cup - unfortunately without those fire shoot )

because each attribute is stored in 4 bits in the fcdb.dbi file
