FHL-BH Editor and i68 Regenerator Not Working

Hi guys,
I got a problem with FHL-BH Editor and i68 Regenerator. Both of them are not working for me. These programs just stop working after starting. So I want to know what I need to do, to use them.

Use FM 12 or 13. It has a regen feature and it works fine, it's all I ever use.

FM 12 gives me error: Access to the path 'C: \Program Files (x86)\FIFA 13\Game\cards_patch.bh' is denied.

You need FIFA 12 installed to use it. There's a new version called FM 13; don't need FIFA 12 to run it.

FM 13 got same problem that FHL-BH Editor and i68 Regenerator.
But I got FIFA 12 too

Obviously the problem is with your PC, not those programs. Did they work before on your PC, or is this the first time you installed and tried to use them?

BTW, if you corrupt your db or data files, regenerating will not work. Replace your current files with a save copy you know worked before, and try to regenerate that.

oh, I corrupt my FIFA 12 and FM 12 don't start too so I uninstalled FIFA 12
but how can I make FM 13 starting. I got 32bit win 7
