I am sure no one can answer this question in terms of xbox360 (If you can that would be nice), but with the other platforms, can you choose any team to play that mode or is it the same old crap team to start? I personally think it's anoyying to do so, by the time I am can be Inter, half the squad is old/retired... Anybody?

Dude, I think u can always start as the team u want as long as u can trick the game.
Go to Fifa 06 and try this........
-Go to Team Managment on one of the main screens
- Go to Inter Milan
- Sub all the startes for subs. ex - put Adriano on the bench and bring in Cruz or any other striker from the bench.... either way everyone who is a defaule starter change to the bench for players who are default bench or reserves. I believe this makes the team chemistry rating really low.
- Save the roster changes.
- go to carrer mode,
- Look up Inter Milan, they should be there!
- Then when u start your carrer mode with inter Milan just go and revert the lineup in the carrer mode how u really want it. Like change Adriano to be a starter again.
Like I said I think the trick is to change the lineup in the game (before u start your actuall carrer mode)to make the team chemistry really low and then the team pops up in carrer mode immedialty. This worked for me and Barca!

As good of an idea that is, it probably wouldn't work because it doesn't go by chemistry like it does the amont of stars you have. For example... I wanted to be Torino, but before I started I went to club tranfers and made tons of moves to strengthen them and I did. The problem was that I made them too strong and pretty much you can't be a team with more than 4 stars...

Some of the games you lose or draw are a joke , 4-1 up against Kilmarnock in the SPL and its easy. 3 moves all of which were 3 or 4 passes , crosses to the D or just inside the box 2 side vollyes and a header from the edge of the box and its 4-4.
Done the UK Challenge , 2 star to you have to beat a 4star one, I just took the default teams, Southend v Newcastle Utd .. beat them 3-1. I got 500pts ..
