In the new fifa manager game you play one player's career. you can also play him in matches.
So in the fifa game for players you are a manager and in the managing game you're a player. Am i the only one who thinks this is stupid?

Please no. The FIFA series is primarily about the play on the pitch. The existing manager mode gives a nice context for those games, but surely that is what it is all about, and I really don't have any desire to wait for as long between games as you do whilst the management games calculate all the other goings on in the league(s) selected.anamenos said:

i couldn't agree more. that's what manager games are there for, so why do we need a manager mode anyway? it's not the first time asked, i know, but it's agood question: why is there no PLAYER CAREER MODE? In a manager game you're a manager, in fifa you're doing what a player does: play matches, get called to the national team, change teams for a new challenge. Funny that this is possible now in Fifa Manager 07.

To provide a context for the games that you play. I like tournament mode too, but the career mode gives you the opportunity to build a team over time, or to do as I'm doing with FIFA 07, and take a team from the bottom league (in England, in my case, mainly because it is a longer journey) to the pinnacle of the footballing tree.Biebrich 02 said:
