Spurs, this is not Stadiom Miejski in Wroclaw, but reconstructed Stadion Slaski in Chorzow, Poland (55,200): http://stadiony.net/projekty/pol/stadion_slaski

so ******* cool bro, in some time i will convert Nuevo Los Carmenes, Los Pajaritos, Westpac Stadium, Monumental de Lima and Silvio Piola, and Maybe the MSV Arena.

2nd question:Use which angle can overview?
3rd question: How to change import staduim ID? I found two staduims use one ID.

Sorry mate, I don't really understand questions 1 and 2. Stadium ID doesn't stop you loading both of those stadiums, just select them to replace another stadium in CM07.

You're welcome but lets not forget everyone thats helped to collect the stadiums like Darco etc... without these guys we wouldn't have the collection we have. But lets not rest, still plenty more to do. ;)
