FIFA 07 to 08 kit converter?

At least, but it's only my opinion, I'm not really sure that this tool converts kits 07 to 08. In my mind, it must do others things such as converting .png to .fsh

Is there a tool to convert a FIFA 2007 fifa db in a 08 db ?
It can help to to grab some old good works.
If not, what is done in 07 is lost for 08 ?
