are you writing for player growths in be a pro-mode?
i felt that be a pro mode is very difficult-camera angles are not good.i can only locate my player using radar.he keeps on running from one end of the field to other.also,i cant be a goalkeeper in be a pro mode.

in manager mode the player growth is fixed.so,i think there is no meaning of writing them.sometimes because of match XP overall can be a little bit more than that but mostly it will be that given in player growth.

I'm going to try and quick sim my way from Dag and Red to someone like Barcelona (or Man United or Inter or a team like that). Until I get to Barca will be buying mostly old players (since I leave the club after two seasons at most) so I won't know any until then. Once I get there, I'll post everybody I run into that has a potential over 85 (including the scouted players).

I'm already at Preston after only one season and they're making mincemeat out of League One so I might be able to get to a giant club quicker than I was usually able in 07 (which was season 7 or 8).

No. It's good if you do beacuse they will have a chance of growing even higher in ratings.

Here's what I got so far using mostly Barcelona. Some of the ratings may be a little different depending on your game. The three numbers are: first year, 6th year and 7th year (when I have them). Then I list starting team and position:

So far I think Fabregas is the best player in the game. Yes others may have higher ratings, but you could stick Fabregas anywhere except goalkeeper and he'd have huge ratings.

Here's a special one:

Mfaki Omaboe - ST - 62 - 86 - 89 - Cameroon

This guy was found using the "scout" feature in the first season and isn't in the game until somebody finds him. If you've got a big enough club to start with, you may want to scout Africa to see if you can't get your hands on this guy. He'll cost you about 1.5 million pounds, but he looks like he's still growing at a rating of 89 by year 7, so 1.5 million is cheap compared to what somebody like Alexandre Pato is going to run you.

A note: Theo Walcott's potential has plummeted since 07 and is nothing special this time around for whatever reason. Don't say you weren't warned.

On a personal note, Altidore's 88 might be the highest they've ever rated a real life American's potential (there were some fake ones last year). That is if you don't count Giuseppe Rossi.
