Nice patch, but I'm kind of stuck in the installation process. I think it must have been lost in translation.
Anybody with a better English translation of the installation procedure please!.

I've waited for close to 30 minutes.

just delete file from FIFA 08 Revolution Patch "t21__193130_0_0 and t21__193080_0_0" and run install again!
