FIFA 09 bug: Players holding there arms horizontal

I´ve just istalled fifa 09 when i started the first match i saw that every player on the pitch had there armes horizontal....How do i fix this bug?

Actually there are a lot of bugs... Like the ball going TROUGH the crossbar... Nothing from the demo was fixed, unfortunately.
