Any ideas why there is film grain? it's really annoying, maybe i have some importing problems?

this grass looks great..
i downloaded the files using dr. hany samir's small file..
those files are ok..
but file master 10 doesnt work on my windows 7 64
but i downloaded biggui....
now i dont know what to do..
i want in depth tutorial to import those files....
or can anyone make an easy installer?
