it will have

-20 updated Leagues(EPL, Championship, Liga BBVA, Liga Adelante, Russian PL, Russian First Division, Serie A, Serie B, Ligue 1, Ligue 2, Bundesliga, Bundesliga 2, Brazil Serie A, International League, Liga ZON Sagres, Belorussian League, Ukrainian PL, Ukrainian First Division, Eredivisie, Turkish League)
-20 national teams(England, Spain, Germany, France, Holland, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Portugal, Serbia, Belorussia, Turkey, Slovakia, Armenia, Macedonia, Ireland, Kazakhstan)
-some faces
-new kits, flags, adboards for all teams
-EurosportHD scoreboard
-new boots, gloves, balls, referee and training kits
-and more

date of release: november-december
