I don't believe it.

It's not my patch ! Anyway, he uses CAMERA_MODIFIER value, will cause some "down" angle while moving camera. The only and best way is hexaediting "camera.dat"

just press the + twice on bright & contrast, on game brightness, i really loved it that way!
