Well, you are absolutely right. I've been reading around these forums for a couple of years now, but today I felt extremely reluctant to make an account after reading all the naive posts in this thread.

If you don't like the patch (assuming you've even bothered to try it), then don't play and stop the negative sniping @ fidel and others who are actually enjoying it.

Guys this thread is getting out of hand

first of all as most said this patch really doesnt change anything inside the game itself it only change the attributes of players and some skill moves

it has nothing to do with the extras the console versions offer

trust me this patch is bollox
i was devolper trainee for fifa 09 in germany
so most of the replies in this thread are right
THIS PATCH DONT ADD ANY CONSOLE PASSING OR SKILLS OR FIGHT FOR POSSESION or PERSONALITY PLUS FUNCTIONS TO PC
ITS ONLY SOMME ATTRIBUTE AND SKILLS EDITING AND THAT EVERYONE CAN DO SO NO SPECIAL THINGS ADDED !!!

Mods please change this thread if you are real fifa modding guys !!

So guys calm down, it is only a patch for a VIDEO GAME!!!!
Take it or leave it!
And as other guys say, Fidel doesn't owe to noone, neither asks money for that.
So make a coffee ("frape" if you know what i mean ) and enjoy your game the way YOU LIKE!!

Ps: I forgot to say that my game changed somehow with this patch.
I don't know if it's called personality or pp or ppp or p+-/, but the truth is that it became much more hard and more realistic.

why use different nicks? i have nothing todo with the other guy
to bad some people are saying the thruth it is clear this patch doesnt add any extra functions and if players dont see that then Fidel Gameplay has the players in his hand thats why this thread is so big cause many people think they see changes but really dont know for sure

really ask that question to yourself if you are a real player and see for yourself that this patch is fake

it only changes attritubes wich everyone can do !!

YOU HAVE TO REWRITE THE COMPLETE GAME ENGINE SO ITS NOT POSSIBLE WITH ONLY SOME ATTRIBUTE AND SKILL EDITING !!!

i enjoy reading this thread than playing the game itself.

come on guy ... he just want to make the game better eventhough what he did not exactaly like what he said ... but some people enjoy using it ..so use it and people who don't just don't use it ....

For example, some mods claim that with their patch, the game (not fifa 11, i am talking about older games) becomes the hardest of all times but when you play, you are able to win Manchester United playing as Iraklis Salonica (my team ) on Legendary mode!!
Of course, this doesn't mean that we must disrespect them.
It is easy and simple: you say a big "Thank you".
If you like it, you keep on playing with it.
If you don't. you uninstall it and you search for something better.

thats what i am trying to explain of course it change some gameplay because of the skill and atribute editing but i doesnt add any extra features like the peronality+ pro passing and fight for possesion cause then he has to rewrite the complete game engine

it only changes the gameplay on some points becuase of the attritube and skill editing as above said offcoure the gameplay then is different and that i dont argue he did a great job about that

i dont understand, why are people saying offensive stuff here. what is the point, fidel, still waiting for 2.0.

---about the patch---

This patch makes the game very unpredictible, slow pace, harder, and some tricks here and there and very realistic. the ai attacks are different each time, like they are using different variations, they shoot when ever they have a chance. DO YOU PEOPLE THINK THOSE REASONS ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY NOT USE THIS PATCH.

One of the biggest problem i had with orignal AI was their keeper and defence line were soo bad, a slow low shot would always go in.

Now that kind of shots are easily saved by keepers. you have to aim to a good angle and shoot a more powerfull shots.

If he did all those stuff, which are all present in PS3/XBOX, then he did convert ps3 files or copied it or did whatever he did, BUT the point is he did make the game like they play it in PS3.

Yes its far from being exact match as PS3, BUT its free, and a step closer, and much more fun and its a FREAKING BETA VERSION, it can only get better.
