Fidel, just installed your patch (2.4) and had probably the best game of FIFA 11 I've played yet - almost like a new game. Great stuff.
But...since installing the patch my game stutters/lags in certain areas of the pitch. Can't see anything obvious in this thread as to the cause of this but really want to sort it out as the gameplay was terrific.
My pc specs are ok - Quad Core Q8400 processor, Nvidia GTX285 1Gb graphics, 4 gig ram etc so that should be ok?
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

I had the same problem when I didn't regenerate. So, you MUST use i68Regenerator (Download link: http://www.gamefront.com/files/20114599/Fifa11_i68Regenerator_1_6_rar) and regenerate two times using option "take care of edited files..."

The game crashes when substitutes are made in the second half.
Nice work as always Fidel! Love the new gameplay and the stepovers, especially the AI's new approach to attacking and defending. The long shots have been fixed well, but I always see free kicks fly high over the bar even when only 20-25 yards away. Any chance on that being fixed?
And yes, AI passes are now almost 95% successful and my team tends to misplace passes as soon as they win possession, could you fix that please? And also for the attacking runs. The AI is sensible in making runs but my team doesn't usually make many good runs off the ball.
Another thing I noted is that in my first 2 matches using 4.9.1, one of my defenders always committed a silly foul and got sent off when he was the last man to stop an AI player aiming to score. And it has been happening in many matches since. I would like you to reduce these.
Just another thing. I know you are working with the PS3 data files, but is it in any way possible for 4-5 skillers like CR, Aimar, Ibrahimovic, etc. to do roulettes or rainbows in some matches (like once in every 4-5 matches)? It would add a nice touch to see the AI do such skills during the game.

Hybrid 4.8 is still the best.
AI is allot harder and shots not always turns in to goals and it doesn't have the crash bug when making substitutes.

yep bro..do not play if u dont like it..I dont know whats the problem abt your fifa..it works very well for me..teams are behavior as they should..or you gotta bad perception..
I've played Newcastle Vs AFC Wimbledon on 7min half.
wmbl caught me on the break in 5th min, and they played bunker in front of goal with five yellow cards and twelve fouls..and I could get it through..
HG 4.9.1 is the most realistic addon for this game so far.

- gk's are not really balanced every cpu gk looks better then my goalkeeper
- a bit unrealistic stamina , just after 30min of gametime my player lost a lot of stamina (pls reduce this in next version)
- too less forwards from the cpu
+nice gameplay with good ballphysic
+ shots from distance looks nice now
+ pass accuracy is quite okay

I began to play Manager Mode by Manchester Utd, played 5 games (5 min, Legendary level) and there is a result:
MU vs Chelsea 6-1
Blackburn vs MU 0-3
MU vs Newcastle 5-2 (Newcastle's goals on the last minutes)
Arsenal vs MU 2-5 (Arsenal's goals on the last minutes)
Aston Villa vs MU 0-6

i played a couple of matches here we go another review and feedback from me
- everthins ok, gp is balance
- i have no doubt with the ball physic, totally improved!! can u make it a lil bit heavy though?
- physical plays are hilarious!! almost approach console n goes realism
- gks are literally awesome, gks make acrobatic saves during the game. it also make it more interesting to play on. but the conceded goals are always the "same" for everygame! gks only conceded if the opponents shot into the corner of the goal it would the same. make the gks a 'little' sloppy! and it will make it absolutely magnificent
- AI are lil bit biased, they make a perfect shoot and they play really/over fast for every game.. can u make em a lil bit more like 'relaxed' the game, make several back passes and long ball.. the AI still only want to score without unique tactic n lil bit over hurry. make em relaxed the game with slow pass, changin position, makin an open space gradually. soo itll look more organise.
btw speed gear doesnt work with my PC, if i slower it 2 times it crashes! i tried many times but still doesnt work, but its ok.. not damned bothering me though
