Fidel, as you know I didn't manage to make it work again like it was before with LOD & Advanced settings, but its OK with default settings.lua. Its important that your HG works like a charm.

Fidel, as I am a big fan and active user of your wonderful work with Hybrid Gameplay, I decided to post here a suggestion for you: always downloaded versions of the Hybrid, and I understand that the most challenging were the versions 4.0 and 4.9.1 (this last difficulty level is extreme, great job!). But just found a flaw in version 4.9.1: the surgical precision kicks in the goal made ​​by the CPU, because they do not miss virtually no capping the finish! As for the defensive behavior of the CPU, is perfect. About creating dangerous moves, is also perfect. The only caveat I make is about the same accuracy in shots on goal. That said, my suggestion is that there could be a "Special Version 4.9.1" with the precision somewhat diminished. Thanks man, congratulations on your excellent work!

You mean you can't open Hybrid Gameplay Tool or? Try open as administrator if using Vista/Win 7.

Anyway, this Tool is only making easier to install HG and/or to restore your old/original files. When you are applying HG its important to open setup which you download, choose "Game" folder in FIFA as installation directory, press any key when Dos window appear, and regenerate.

1. FIFA and patch 1.01
2. HG 4.8 Special Version (regenerate 2 times)
3. FifaMania Superpatch 11 (regenerate)
4. FEP 11 with fix (regenerate)

fidel can u make the defender deeper? so we can feel the real football mind.
i played a couple of matches.. physical play has improved a lot, but the defenders still dumb. make it deeper mate, so the game not much 'open'

You need to edit team custom formations to do that. It's not down to his patch. Period.

It's how EA setup custom tactics.

surely will not, i guess some people just cant see that 2 db patches cant coincide w/ each other unless you take from 1 db & add to another.

ANOTHER FEEDBACK ON HG 4.8 SPECIAL

Bro, this is the best/stable/balanced version so far, that's for sure.
I played some matches in manager mode, now I installed Uzair's WC 2010 and I must say that this combination is really great...
...and I recorded one nice goal that I wanted to share with you guys:

AI is very organized in attack, they do nice combination, take nice passes, shots, etc... That's just great.
Tackles are also very good, much more physical play, sliding tackles... And in matches like "El Clasico" and other derby matches you can really see tough/hard game.

Bro, if there is gonna be new version I think that this could be improved/fixed:
- aggressiveness from AI might be little decreased
- Messi scored me few times by header against really tall defenders, so, defenders domination and awareness should be improved; sometimes defenders are not even jumping to intercept the ball
- decreased long range shots accuracy and crossing accuracy by AI
- sometimes you can easily run near defenders in the 16m-box; maybe a little tighter marking

But, bro, really great job on 4.8 Special. Keep like that and there will be no need for FIFA 12. :innocent_smile_1:
