FIFA 12 crash at button configuration

Just bought FIFA 12 through origin. FIFA 12 for PC. The game crashes to desktop after I change my keyboard configuration. I have tried all the workarounds that I have managed to find through google and forums. None work.

At first the game crashed at the welcome screen, but I fixed this by setting the replay0.bin to read only.

But now the game crashes to desktop after configuring keyboard buttons...

Getting desperat now. How do I fix this?
