FIFA 12 crash while loading career mode....

Whenever I try to load a saved career mode game fifa 12 crashes...
After playing a certain match, the game doesn`t progress.
This has started occurring now days only.
I also found out that the game crashes when I go to view scouting report or scout sends me monthly mail.
Please help me out.

A lot of people have this problem, including me, and i think it's not easy to resolve or even impossible.You can try not using scouts, but in the 4th career season youth players will be generated by the computer in other teams and the game will crash, or you can sim past the date your gane crash, but this will not work at all or is a temporary solution at best.If you find a solution though, share it with the rest of us please. Maybe when a patch will appear, this bug will also be fixed.
