I also had such question, then I opened my eyes and understood everything, in folder sceneassets there are folders hair and hairlod just go in CM 12 and load hair model and load hairlod file and then load texture hair in hair 2/2. that's all.
1. hair_158023_0_0.rx3 - hair model
2. hairlod
3. hair texture in slot hair 2/2.
Btw Messi is great, I really liked him, Cristiano is bad, but Messi is great.

Yes, Master rinaldo has made CM12 support hairlod.
