FIFA 12 Losing Connection

Hi guys.. i'm not making this topic for me.. it's a friend of mine..

He've bought the game a 2 days ago and he cant play online, he can make a game, play it.. but in the end.. when its supposed to get the coins (UT) his game just lost connection.. even if he loses, win or draw..

in the start we were thinking that were the wireless connection, but he've bought a cable and its continuous to drop the connection in the end.

he have already unistalled and re-installed and nothing..

anyone knows what to do ? :o

who knows failure on ea's part.

they game me a 3-0 loss due to some dude w/ horrible internet when the game disconnected me from him.

i have half of my losses due to that, funny thing is i have excellent net connection.

at least you can play.. he cannot..

winning or losing is the same.. cuz he's unable to connect to EAS FC in teh end of the game
