FIFA 13 Demo Doesn't Start

Hi all

I'm with a big problem.
Since EA released the demo I couldn't play in my notebook. I downloaded and installed with no problem. But when I click in Play button on fifa config screen the game doesn't start.

I checked with system explorer the proccess of fifa 13 demo. It starts but few seconds later it finishes. :x

The game had created a crash dump file. I opened it with visual studio and the error code is 0xc0000005

I already used origin support center, but no reply so far. :/

Based in some google searches, the problem can be: few memory( i'm sure not. notebook has 8GB RAM); video card driver outdated(i updated it and still nothing) and other things, but i've checked almost all of them and nothing :x
I had installed .net framework 3.5 and 4.0, updated directx, etc.

As last hope I had reinstalled windows, but still nothing. :x hahaha

I don't know if i laugh or cry.
Please, help me!

or your My Documents folder it's on another partition (problem from fifa 12)

or you don't have Windows Media Player installed

or you use a controller not accepted by the game.

I had the exact same problem the OP described, and doing this "read-only" trick worked perfectly! I'm just glad I saw this before I reinstalled my OS like you did!

I think this doesn't work 'cause fifa 13 demo doesn't use the folder "instance0". But EA already replied my email and asked me to send some system information.

I think this doesn't work 'cause fifa 13 demo doesn't use the folder "instance0". But EA already replied my email and asked me to send some system information.

Tell us what they tell u .I have the same problem as u and i tried everything on this web ,searched everywhere. Still crash at the first seconds when starting the game

EA support ask me a DxDiag report and a screenshot of the problem.
I send DxDiag report, the crashdump file created in Game folder and a vídeo showing what happens when I click in play button.

When I get reply, I post here.

el archivo "replay0.bin" cambie su atributo a solo lectura y puedo jugar la demo de fifa13, pero si intento cambiar la configuracion del teclado para jugar, se cae fifa13 demo

file "replay0.bin" change its attribute to read only and I can play fifa13 demo, but if I try to change the keyboard layout to play, falls fifa13 demo

Mine has the same problem it wont start i did everything you guys said here and doesnt work please help and ARAYA why do i have to go to fifa 12 folder to change something that doesnt have nothing to do with fifa 13 !!!!

I update my drivers of video card... I have a sony vaio laptop with nvidia card... sony vaio its not support the drivers of nvidia page... I found a file ".inf" modify and the update video card and I can play te game....

sorry for my english...
