Saudi league is... Meh... Well, it could be something exotic to try but I don't really see myself starting a career there 
Argentina or Japan would have sounded like a way more sensible choice to me.
Still I can see the point in not putting J-League in (I guess Konami has some kind of exclusive, am I wrong?)
Still, if I had to choose which league to add, my first choice would be Italian Lega Pro (at least the 1st Division) to be honest.

Well absence of Turkish League is a shame i think. I also agree with Argentina League and Ukraine would be nice too, Shaktar and Dynamo Kiev are common CL teams for a while and they got successful teams like Metalist..etc.
Instead of a Saudi Arabian League, they could've done a Mixed Arabian League and include teams from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other Arabian countries. Maybe patchers would do that for Rest of the World section and replace Saudi league with a more popular one like Turkish or Argentinian.
