Look better for dias,but eyes still not fix,distance 2 eyes are long and eye is big.For Valdez is good model but picture u choose not enough qualify to see face detail.Hope to see update of you

,i think it look like that,and i think somes skin of faces look not enough real,that why u still no become a top class even u are very good guy,it often look slihtly grey then them in life.Srry if my observation makes u sad

i dont have any problem with haedo valdez hair because his hair constantly changing..sometimes he use hair binder(white) & sometimes not..

the most important is on his face... his expression.. maybe u update his eye.. like this :
