I want to make my own created faces of players. But I don't know how to make one. Can somebody make a tutorial for me. And help me understand what is the process.

You can't ask for someone to make a tutorial when you didn't even search...

Very hard process , man download all the tools and software first :
Facegen Modeller
3DS Max
blender
Cyber face convertor
Complement files from du_oro

And then I suggest you to visit the thread Facegen+Fifa12 in last year forum edition and watch all the video of facemaking in youtube , don't worry if he'll take you a couple of days to fully understand everything before you get started..
