Found the MLS pic on Fifasoccerblog, they are saying how the MLS All-Stars will be unlockable through the EASFC Catalogue, hope the pic they used is an old one then.

Bundesliga:

Alaba, Höwedes, Reus, Kroos, HSV ( the squad of March 2012, this was the time when EA made the shootings for Germany) - Confirmed

EA said, there are another Bundesliga-players with starheads, but no one of Schalke, Dortmund (exept Reus) and Gladbach.

It´s very possible that Schürrle, Zieler and Wiese got a face, beacause Höwedes (and probably Reus and Kroos) were made at a DFB-Event, maybe the German NT was there. Let´s see ...

Because they think there's no need of making a player 37+ years old. He's in his last years and then he won't play anymore so why making a face of him. Also America is not that good in football, so MLS isn't. I know now some ManU, Real, Milan,... fans will attack me, but i wouldn't make a new face.
+When CM will come out, someone will create a perfect Beckham (Shifty*nim in Fifa 12!).

So they have to make players faces with the most Facebook fans? I don't think so.
AOC is a shining talent. He can be one of the best players in the world. He deserves it, like other talents.
Let me guess: You're like I said a fan of a former club where Beckham played and now you got angry because someone told his opinion. They only one to grow up should be you. Getting angry on a Videogame forum because of that sh*t.

WHAT`S WRONG WITH YOU GUYS??

Every year EA is trying to make as many faces as possible, but during the season players have almost no time for this. EA has to manage it, that the player is at a certain time at a certain place (where the EA-Shooting-Equipment is) and that is, as I said, during a season very very difficult. Beckham, as the guys in this forum said, has no face because EA don´t want to make him - NO - if they don´t made him, then because they couldn´t arrange a shoot with him (or LA Galaxy). I`m glad that EA could manage it to shoot future stars like Alaba, Reus and Höwedes (on a DFB-Event, 4 months ago), and I´m sure that EA made another great new faces, but it´s not possible to shoot every team or player during a season so don´t be so upset guys ...

(Beckham was only an example, it seems that LA Galaxy got shoot and so every player who was in the squad in the time of February/March/April will have a face)

Maybe they didn't put the new faces into the game like they don't put the kits into the game. I don't know. maybe this picture was taken before the photoshooting.

I think they didn´t put all the faces in the game at the moment of this all-star picture. For example, David Alaba was made 4 months ago and will have a specific face in Fifa 13, but in the official Fifa 13 trailer he still has a generic face. So I think it takes a bit of time until they put every face into the game. Beckham will have a face, I´m sure
